I am seeking a personal loan of $25,000 to jump start my business. The loan amount will be secured by investment property bought. The money will be used to buy my first investment property along with materials needed for completion of project and then will sell. I have many opportunities for buying investment property, but don't have the one thing needed.....money.
I am in the Saint Louis, Missouri area and prefer dealing with a hard money lender out here, or if you just have the money you can loan me this would be an excellent investment for yourself as well.
