Windows XP Task Manager messed up

Don't know how I did it, but I have messed up my task manager. It used to be fine, but a week ago or so, it changed. Now, when I do ctrl-alt-del, all I get the processes display, with no headings across the top, so that I am unable to switch to the program display. There is also no way to "X" out of it. To close it, I have to right-click the icon in the task bar at the bottom of the screen. Anyone know how to restore the display to its original format?

Double click on the border, and that'll bring back the frame. ;)

Ironically the same thing happens to me all the time! I have become very good at fixing this though because it's my 2 year old daughter that usually does it!
