I have a business plan in rough. I have a contract with a company that requires me to have a warehouse. I have credit score of 540 and not established credit, banks will not loan to me I have tried. I am in the middle of getting a 50k grant from MGR-SOLUTIONS..we will see, they said it could take up to two months to recieve.. I am 23 yrs old and have potential of making over 15k per month.....This is a carpet installation business, we have been installing for years. We have a good reputation in our business and need warehouse funding till it takes off..I need an investor who is a silent non-owner lender. This business is very simple and logic.
