First, you would write up the business plan. Your business plan should include your marketing strategy, identifying your competition and explaining how you will beat them, or, what makes yours stand out. The type of business you have is not as important as what your strategy is.

Most importantly, you must identify your exit strategy.

Investors are interested in the growth of your business, but ultimately their commitment of capital hinges upon their ability to recoup their initial investment and a healthy profit. The lack of a solid and realistic exit strategy demonstrating how investors can accomplish this goal can immediately turn off many sources of capital. Your chances of cashing in with an investor are seriously reduced without a clear definition of how they will cash out their investment.

If you have these things prepared, then investors aren't very hard to find. Some will even advertise in the paper.

Thank you. I already have a business plan prepared and ready to go. I just need to know where to go to find an investor that is willing to invest in a sexually oriented business.

...it doesn't matter what kind of business it is, as long as it's legal. There are thousands of angel investors who happily invest in adult oriented businesses due to the high rate of returns.

A business plan is one thing, a rock-solid exit strategy will get the funding you need fast.

Why don't you start here...the internet's number one portal for entrepreneurs and investors.
