I was a full time student until my husband died. I would like to go back to school but because of my last semester I no longer qualify for fed gov loans, i have no one else that i can turn to that is able to cosign a loan for me. if i am able to get the loan it will pay for my tuition and my living expenses until i graduate from school which is in may 2007. If I can get a cosigner then i do not need help. but if i do not get a cosigner then I need help to pay my mortgage.

Sounds fishy to me. FIA will help just about anyone who wants to go to school, if you have children. Also, most places will give you loans as well for school. You don't have any family?
I say go to your local church. You would get better help there then asking strangers on the Internet. heh

I am happy to say I am taking some extra College courses this September! =P
