I have been using one for years and I am not saying that i am small but as we all know we are never satisfied as americans. My penis has gained girth and length by using a pump. I've been using one for about 2 years around once a week and the results are fantastic. Anyone out there have a similar story. If any ladies are interested in seeing the results I can e-mail you a pic upon request!

...they say pumps are dangerous, could result in burst capilaries, impotence, etc. but there are some excercises that can break down and build more cells in the corpora cavernosa that can add length and girth safely and effectively. See below.

had a one time with a penis pump guy...he pumped it so much, i thought his penis was going to explode...plus it was like the size of a small club...and he must have had a leak, he kept having to stop and pump it up again. Geez
