I wanted my ad to be printed also, but was never given the option to pay.

In order for your ad to appear in print, you need to select one of the print upgrade options located near the bottom of the Write Ad page.
Some cities offer free print upgrades in certain categories. If you choose one of the free upgrades, the print order was submitted without you having to fill in any payment information.
If you send an email to support@backpage.com containing the city you posted in and the email address you used to post, we'll look into whether or not your ad was printed.
