how can I have an ad in print?

I posted an ad, and wanted it to be in the papper. I chose the print option, but when I recived the e-mail . It says that their is no print option for me ad.

Sponsor: Yes
Print: No
How can I change this? I tryed to upgrade the add, but when I go to the print ad link, it ask that I enter my name and number. I did this, it then ask that I enter an print option from below, but there isnt any option to choose from....

We're still working the kinks out of our ad upgrade emails.

In the meantime, you'll need to post your ad again, this time selecting the print upgrade option. There's no need to select the sponsor option again if you've already posted a sponsor ad.
