Looking for investor partner in Cleveland

I will be interested in finding a reputable partner to go in on some realestate together and tyrn it over in short periods of time and continue to do this activity for a period of time until we are satisfied with the income. reading your other posts , i have a friend who owns a lot of property ( i am cleaning up a double now to rent ) but he is so busy with his moving and storage company the rentale property goes lacking , he has a double that i cleaning now , a double with a store front , a single with a store front also a few more that i have not seen , like i said , they all need some repair before they can be rented or sold , he may be interested in selling and just keeping the moving and storrage company
