Help?!

Hey, I keep getting this message whenI try to submit/save changes in my control panel for editing my profile picture:

Warning: fsockopen(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: hostname nor servname provided, or not known in /usr/home/newtimes/vbulletin/includes/functions_file.php on line 30

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to www.community.webtv.net:80 in /usr/home/newtimes/vbulletin/includes/functions_file.php on line 30

Then, in a frame on the same page below these two warnings, it says:

ERROR
unable to locate URL specified, are you sure it's right...

Could you suggest a solution...maybe I am misunderstanding how to do it? (HA! obviously)

You can load an avatar. I loaded a backpage.com logo as an example. Go into your usercp and you'll see where you can add an avatar.
