Looking for Breeder of Pied Crows

I am looking for anyone who might have some information on how I can contact a breeder or handler of pied crows (also called magpie ravens). I would like to find someone in the Midwest, as I don't agree with shipping animals.

If I am not mistaken it is illegal to own a bird that is native to the US if you live in the US. These types of birds are native to certain parts of the US so it would be a federal crime to own one.
