Hi there, I spent $2000 to bring in a new companion to my family which is a baby capuchin monkey. This baby was delivered to me here in Michigan on the 20th of jan 2007 from a breeder in Africa, the climate conditions here seems unfavourable to my little baby and as I complained to the breeder, he told me to send her baby back so he can refund my money. please I don't just want to loose katy as she is like my own child now. I consulted a vet and he adviced me to always keep her warm by wearing her warm cloths and heating her room. Now katy has started adapting to the climate change but the breeder keeps on insisting I should send her back to him since I took an undertaking to take good care of katy.I'm scared the breeder might sue me for not returning her baby to her.
Moreover i requested for a male but he sent to me a female monkey and has promised to return my money rather than sending a male to me reason being that i can not take good care of her baby . please advice.
