Men all over the world who are followers of Christ are suppose to have circumcision. If you want to know more read the old testiment in any bible.
You can find the answers there you are looking for and why.

My cousins are English and are not circumcised. I know in France it is against the law to circumcise.
BTW. Assdoctor I fail to see how the question is related in any way to biblical trivia.

Jews and Muslims circumcise males as a religious principle; something about a covenant with YHWH/Adonai/Allah. Saul of Tarsus, or (St.) Paul, as he is more widely known, as part of an effort to convert non-Jews to his new religion (Christianity), did not insist on converts being circumcised.
Circumcision is a common practice in the US, and, I understand, common to a lesser extent in Canada, because some crackpot doctor named Kellogg (yes, the cereal dude) popularized the idea that masturbation was harmful and that having foreskin increased the temptation to masturbate. Wow, if masturbation is harder for uncircumcised guys to resist, I'm surprised they ever do anything else! Circumcision is only common among Jews and Muslims in countries outside the US and Canada.
Circumcision is a practice that was ordained and ordered by God.
There are many things in the bible that christians just choose not to do, like stoning law breakers to death, an eye for an eye punishment, circumcision, wearing clothing with mixed fabrics, and much other such crap.
Circumcision is not necessary for sanitary reasons or any other reason so it should not be done.

How can you even justify  what you just said. Not for sanitary reasons? Who wants to go through life with all that mungy sweat and lint stuck in there. Thats what belly buttons are for.

well.....seeing how MOST people shower everyday, being uncircumsized shouldn't be a problem.
I'm uncut and don't have any problems at all.

CG
You men have no idea what we're dealing with down there. Teeth placement, and jaw stress, and suction, and gag reflex, and all the while bobbing up and down, moaning and trying to breathe through our noses. Easy? Honey, they don't call it a job for nothin'. ~ Samantha, Sex in the City

Yeah Samantha,
Doing that cat bath on a pussy is quite exhausting on the tongue, but I have found a way to carry on to total orgasm by just using the tip end of my nose.
I'm giving away guy trade secrets here but you have probably been "nosed" a few times yourself and you just didn't know it. :D
