i have hot mail and yahoo mail and i know my mail is being sent to two ppl at the same time but i think ti is just one person but 2 addresses. i saw this on the persons computer by accident when i walked in the room suddenly. how can i stop it? this person is very proficient on the computer. i just think some things are very private and this is one of them.

if it is web-mail such as hotmail or yahoo, you must change your password. there are programs which can pull up passwords off your computer if you save them for convience sake. If you didn't change your default password, they would have access to your web mail. These "free" web mail accounts are not very secure. Also, unless you read your e-mail from different computers, I would set my web-mail to download to your outlook or outlook express so it is not on a web server long enough for someone to read.
One more thing, e-mail is not encrypted...so...if you are using wireless, someone with a sniff script can read you e-mails.

Are you saying that mail that you send from these accounts are going to two people or did you mean that two other people are receiving the email sent to these accounts?
Solutions depend on what is actually happening, so I'll wait to hear back.
