The site is not to mislead you but to tell you what the government won't. The truth. If medical marijuana is so bad.... then why are they supplying 7 people in the U.S. with it? What makes these people's pain any different than mine or yours?

:p On August 4th, 2006 my husband sees an ad from a Dr. in Laguna Beach the will prescribe Medial Marijuana to ANY ONE who has a qualifing chronic medical and mental problems. It had his name, on-line address, information on how to apply, the phone number to contact him to arrange an In-Person appointment, etc. I participated in the on-line pre-qualification questions and 2 days later his office called me at home. I was given an appointment in a few days. My husband and I drove over there, saw him, filled out paperwork and then the Dr. took my photo. I will be receiving my (legal) permanent Calif. Id card with my photo (like a drivers liscense) that allows me to "get" medical marijuana and use it in the privacy of my own home.
The one thing the Dr. can NOT tell you is where to GET IT. And it's illegal to "BUY" it still. SO>>>>> He told me to go down stairs to another shop to ask for a list of addresses that would help me out. For $3 I got a list of "every known California CO_OP that gives the medical marijuana to you - what ever you want - and BOY ARE THERE CHOICES!!!!!
The man at "the other shop" said that there was one in walking distance so we opted for that place to go.
When we found it and entered the door WOW - what an over powering smell
came pouring out the door from inside!! It was like I was living a DREAM come TRUE!
I signed all their paper work and then the receptionist unlocked a door for me to enter, alone. When I walked in I felt like I was living a fantasy. There were display racks like at a jewelers store, filled with jars and bags of at least 20 different strains of medicinal marijuana AND HASH for you to choose!
The guy behind the counter explained each strain and what the effects are and what he would reccommend for morning, afternoon, evening, which are better for pain, which are better for your mind to relax (for people that have chronic problems like Bi-Polar disease) and explained the hash differences too.
But you choose the strains you want to try and how much of each strain you want. (They DO not sell it) but you have to give them "DONATIONS" for what ever you "get".
They don't sell it to you--- but provide it to their patientce by the 8th or you can have a quarter or as much as you want of any strain.
So after all was said and done, I walk out with a bag full of 4 different strains and hash for a donation of $510. They do not even touch the money (cash only). The guy made me count it outloud dollar by dollar and then asked me to put it in this plain white envelope they use for all donations.
I did so and came out of there feeling like I was in another world! All this chronic pain (sciattica), bi-polar, etc that I have been suffering with for years now, and "finally" a LEGAL way to get this medication.
There is hope for any of you who are in serious physical and mental pain, Multiple Sclerosis, and so many other medical reasons to get it.
I hope and pray that the last 20 or so years left to my life will never "FEEL" like the past 30 years of pain and emotional problems that I have suffered with!
There is still hope out there for you too. :)

I am a strong believer in the legalized use of any drug. I don't think that is okay for one market to be able to produce of distribute a drug that could be harmful, while another market can not. Alcohol and tabacco can be as harmful and dangerous, if not more so that "The Mary Jane". If they can sell there products why can't other drug dealers sell theirs.
By the way, have you seen some of the side effects on these drugs that they are selling now. Weed is for pussies, compared to this stuff.
