Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (KJV)

Matt 1:23-25 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. (KJV)

God will do what He has promised. The birth of the Messiah and many attending conditions were prophesied hundreds of years before it happened. It came to pass exactly as prophesied. Even so, the Word of God will come to pass in your life. Just as God worked all the circumstances surrounding the birth of Jesus Christ for good, so God is working all things together for good as you love Him and live for Him.

I agree, but you'll never make that argument stick! The bigger the lie - the more people believe it!

God will do what He has promised. The birth of the Messiah and many attending conditions were prophesied hundreds of years before it happened. It came to pass exactly as prophesied.

If everything "comes to pass exactly as prophesised" then what's the point of asking god? It shall come to pass exactly as prophesized. By that logic - praying doesn't work.

You can't have it both ways!!! ...ok, people can twist the bible into whatever they want it to be so maybe you can have it both ways!

Remember the signs in the civil rights days, "GOD HATES NIGGERS!" Hmm, twisting stuff in the bible to justify their own racism and fear and everything else wrong with them. And then trying to convince others by twisting the bible. Not even a billion hail marys should allow that to be forgiven.

The bible gets so twisted, so often that it's meaningless.
