I NEED HELP WITH MP3 PLAYER Q: PLEASE>>>>

I bought an Sony MP3 player, but I have a bunch of free songs on apples (I-TUNES) site. I have tried everything I can think of and can't figure out the tech on taking the songs I have downloaded from Itunes and getting then to my sony gear.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE If you can (I need the tech step to take and put on my computer or in Sonic (Sony's site))...help email me at jhudley1111@aol.com

Itunes formats it's music to it's own player keeping the iTunes music exclusive to it's own product. The format is also digital rights protected so you can't go sharing your music all over the internet.
