Definitely neuter. Are you going to show him in conformation? (Could you post a picture of your dog standing up?)
If not, neuter. There are plenty of homeless pit bulls being killed everyday in shelters.
Plus there are HUGE benefits to neutering male dogs. The dog won't mark his territory, he probably won't hump people/things, his chance of getting testicular cancer will be reduced GREATLY, his chances of becoming aggressive will reduce, and he'll be a more focused dog if you plan to do weight pull/agility/springpole competitions or things of that sort.

I see no reason to have ears or tail cut, clipped or cropped.
Im not sure about where you are but here there are a lot of places that offer free or low cost neutering. Some will do it just because of the breed. Look around. I just had a neighbor's cats done here and to neuter them shots, frontline and a home again chip it was 40$ each.

oh okay and also i was reading some articles in the internet the other day and it said something about not walking puppies for long walks,,, what is the right age to start walking a pit bull?
because i started walking my older dog as soon as he had his first shots it was around like the eighth week they were small walks but is that bad?

The Humane Society of Ft Worth offers some low cost options for spaying and neutering. I'm not sure of any other places in Ft Worth at the moment for sure, but I have a ton of places in texas for this listed on my website, if it helps. I would agree that you should have your pet sterilized, because shelters and rescues are full of pits and it's so hard to rehome a full litter.

Neuter him. Don't think about it, just do it.

It doesn't matter how much it costs. His needs are are your responsibility and should be your priority.

Amputation of a tails and body modification, such as ear clipping, is not something I would think a loving pet owner would do unless there were some odd malformity or disease that would hinder the animal to live happily.

Sounds like your cousin has a pet bull, lol.
Some pit bulls that weren't bred true to the standard will not be active. That means if the dog is from an irresponsible breeder or an unkown source, the pit bull may not be active like standard APBTs.
Another possibility is that the dog has heart worm. Is he on heart worm medication?
Also, lethargy can be a sign of other illnesses.

You can learn a lot there.
And also, the pup shouldn't be away from his mother this early. He should be staying until at least 6 weeks.

Puppies bite, it's a fact of life. At that age, dogs will have "bite inhibition". Puppies use their mouths to explore, to play, and to find dominance in the household.
When the puppy is with their mom and littermate, usually the other dogs will tell the puppy when he is playing too rough. You have to do this if you want your dog to stop biting.
I recommend the next time your puppy bites you, scream "OW!" in a high-pitched voice. Exaggerate a little. Then refuse to play with him or pay attention to him for a few minutes. If he doesn't get the message, give him a little bite* and scold him in a low-toned, threatening voice. You can exaggerate a little on that, too! Sound meaner than you really are. For puppies that just won't quit or seem to get wilder with every correction, flip them over on their backs, scold them in that same low, scary voice (growling) and gently but firmly, hold them in that position until they stop struggling. But remember, BE GENTLE. Do not throw the dog on it's back, just roll them over and keep them on their back until they submit (until they calm down).
I would also recommend puppy classes. You can find puppy classes at your local participating Petco or Petsmart. You can also go to google.com and search "puppy classes" in your area. Puppies need to be socialized with people and other dogs (ESPECIALLY pit bulls) if you don't want them to end up aggressive.
*Bite - by bite, I don't actually mean bite. The puppy will take it that way, though. Take two fingers (your pointer and middle) and poke the puppy on his neck. NOT HARD... just to mimmick a warning bite. To learn more on rolling a dog on his back and "biting", visit youtube.com and search "Ceasar Milan".

Also, neutering will help him calm down.

Nobody in your family should own any pet. Not even a goldfish. Further, each and every one of you should never create any children either.
