Why do you want to breed her? Just spay your dog.

Right off the bat I can tell you that your dog isn't worthy of breeding. She isn't true to the standard, therefore she shouldn't be bred. 15" "mini"? Wouldn't that just be a 13"? There is no such thing as a "mini" Beagle.

Also, repsonsible breeders would not breed a dog without getting multiple working/conformation titles and OFA testing/cleared.
