Why do men post in wrong categories in the personals? For example, some horny guys post in women seeking men or women seeking women? If you are one of the idiots, please get a clue.
Follow the rules!
The ads get reported and then get deleted. Do you like wasting your time and screwing up the site for others?

First let me say that I agree 100 percent. Posting in the wrong category makes you look completely stupid from the start. Even if a lady who might otherwise be interested happens to see your had, they will probably not want to hook up with a man who either does not know what sex he is or is just too damn stupid to post in the correct category. This kind of thing says LOSER before the ad is even looked at. The problem with the reporting system is that a certain number of "votes" or "reports" are required before these idiotic and annoying ads get deleted. The people who care about keeping this board clean and fun need to ban togethor and report these kind of ads every time they see one so that we get rid of this garbage quickly.
The other thing that happens a lot is women selling various kinds of "personal services", (most of them not doing much to hide the fact that they are prostitutes), are posting in "women seeking men" in order to avoid the small fee required to post in the CORRECT category of "adult services". The "women seeking men" category is for women seeking a legal adult relationship of some kind with a man. If you are a prostitute, offering some sort of adult type service for pay, or for any other reason expect money from a man (or woman), then that is "adult services". If you are selling sexual favors then the small fee backpage charges should not be a big deal to you.
I would suggest that all you idiots who are not interested in playing by the rules on backpage should start using craigslist.org . Craigslist if completely full of crap, spammers, and less than sane people and CL management does not seem to care what you do. They do not enforce any rules over there, so go on over there, do whatever you want, and have fun. Leave backpage a clean an nice board like it is now.
