It is without a doubt some of the hardest times since the 1920' and 30's. While we have not seen the number of lay offs we did back then, we have noticed a trend in living standards being lowered. Wages continue to fall, benefits cost more, pensions once a mainstay are now replaced with gambling 401k plans. Education has skyrocketing cost and jobs are moving overseas. Most of what was once "Made In USA," has now pitted workers' against other workers in far nations, not much unlike the 1920's and 30's when workers of different races were placed against each other to bring wages down out of hate and mistrust which employers have used as a tool to divide workers. It is time to take a stand and say, "No more." The line has been drawn, now you have a voice, let it be heard!
