My fiancé and I are in need of some serious help. The house we are renting in is being renovated; therefore, we need to move out. However, we decided we have to stop renting and start owning because we were just throwing our money away. We found an awesome one bed room that is so inexpensive that we can’t pass it up. Unfortunately, the banks are not letting us do 100% financing, so we have to put $40,000 down!
My fiancé has bad credit and I have good credit. Only problem is, he is the one with the steady job, I simply go to school.
Please help us learn some ways to make money fast. We are selling some things that we own but that only adds up to a few thousand. His parents can only help us with money at the end of the ear. We are stuck, and will continue to loose money if we rent. Any recommendations???
