Hey all. I should have introduced myself 3 days ago when I joined your board. I came over from the USA board. Really like what I see and how tight the community here seems to be. I'm a mod on a fitness board so this is a bit of a change, but a fun one!

Hope to fit in, pick up some tips and contribute.

after reading this whole thread up to this point let me say....first as one of the others said...here we just usually jump into the thread.....you'll find a pretty nice group here with quite a range of interests. don't listen to rich and pope because ah....um...what was i saying...oh....ah.....nevermind..welcome both of you
