i am going thru both a divorce and criminal charges (though false) placed by my wife to make me look bad in court and keep me away from the 2 boys i raised til they were 7 and 9 yrs old. the lawyers fees are getting out of hand and me being under 24/7 house arrrest because of lies again by my wife i can not work for a living. i need to hire the best and brightest in order to beat this women who is an adultress, alcoholic and has developed a relationship
with her best friend.

what i am asking is that each person out there who feels fathers rights are non existent please send me just $1 this will add up and i can find that "clarence Darrow" type lawyer who can protect my interest, and thats my boys. if my wife is succesful it could be years before i can ever develop another normal relationship with them.

I am sorry to hear about your situation, that is unfortunate. It sounds to me that what you need to do is take care of what's in front of you.

If the criminal charges are indeed false, then let the courts set you free. You can get a lawyer appointed for this. I am a little confused, though, you say you are under house arrest, does that mean you already went to court and lost?

As for the divorce, it is unlikely that you won't get at least visitation rights to your boys. I know that this may not be what you want, but, you can always try and get custody of the boys later.

I am not going to send you a dollar, and I doubt that anyone else will either. Don't give up on your life just because of your circumstances. You need to turn this around.

All you need is one dollar from each american out here! That adds to to a lot of money. Just in the City the size of New York, would give you between 6-8 million dollars, if this idea works...

Not a bad plan. I just don't see anyone going along with it. Maybe you should go thru a church or donations, it would make more of an impact on people.

Considering your under house arrest to which your wife can place charges but she has no control of the outcome sounds like you did something illegal.
