I have just been informed that I am the personal representative or executor of the estate of my uncle who passed away here in Phoenix. I have called numerous Phoenix area lawyers and they charge a small fortune to do a probate. I have been told that and there is another alternative since arizona allows paralegals to do this. So, anyone have a referral?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Howdy,

I hope I can be of assistance. I am an Arizona Supreme Court certified paralegal and have more than 15 years of experience in preparing all types of probate matters. My fees are based on the document, not by the hour so you will end up paying about a third of what you will pay if you use an attorney and it will be done faster too.

Not only can I assist you in the process, I negotiate debts of the estate so that more money ends up back in the estate for the benefits of the heirs than going into the pockets of creditors.

I hope this helps. Please visit my web site at http://www.equalaccesstothelaw.com or call 480.557.8200 for a free consultation.

Regards,
Rick

Just wanted to say thanks to these people and to recommend them to anyone going through the rough times trying to muddle through the legal system after a loved one passes away.

My mom passed away leaving some real estate, a few cars, a house full of furniture and clothes. I was named as the 'personal representative', whatever that was, but know I know. I'm supposed to probate her estate. Duh! Thanks, mom. I didn't have any idea where to start so I went to the yellow pages and after talking to a bunch of lawyers and getting their prices and time table I was really depressed. Then a friend told me about Equal Access and so I called them.

Thumbs up is all I can say. Their fees were 1/2 of what the lowest fee quoted by an attorney and i had some much needed money in just a few short weeks...not months or years as I feared.

We all know it's going to happen to us one day. One our loved ones will die and leave us money or property. I just wish my mom had put it in her will that I was to call Equal Access first and then I wouldn't have wasted so much time, energy and stress.

Thanks again Equal Access. Keep up the good work. Happy to say that my kids won't be using you...but that's ok. You set up a trust for my property so now my kids won't have to deal with all this stuff at the worst time.
