The students of Fighting Tigers Martial Arts Institute in Dravosburg competed in a Kick-A-Thon July 9th, 2009. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish foundation. The students had five minutes to throw as many kicks as they could. They had previously collected donations for the Kick-A-Thon. Some collected a certain amount for each kick they threw. The students did an excellent job. Fighting Tigers Martial Arts Institute Instructor Eric Boyce was proud to announce these top students. Christian Boyce collected the most sponsors and contributions with a total of 50 sponsors and a total collection of $317.00. Joseph Freeman threw the most kicks in five minutes with a finish of 524 kicks. If anyone would like to congratulate these students in person be sure to come to our Grand Opening July 27th from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at 102 McClure Street, Dravosburg, PA 15034.
