responding to an ad using anonymous text message

I would like to respond to several ads on the "female escorts" section on backpage, but all the ad says is to use the service of anonymous text message, then it says to include a key word on the message, i.e "tango", then answer YES and ask for a given name. My question is: how do I get to that "service" I've already asked "service support" but no answer. Does anyone knows how to contact that service?

why not just go to the legitimate services instead of these? it's like shooting in the dark if you use the ads. you might get someone worth the money. or, you might just blow your moolah on "bad service"
