LOOKING FOR SMALL AMOUNT OF INVESTOR BACKING (Minneapolis)
For the past 2 years I have worked a part time job to save up about $20,000.00 so I could develop multiple online business models.
I've spent the past half year developing multiple business models that are currently active online. Managed to create three (active models online) and have one more on the back burner. (blue prints done but not active online yet)
1) The First Model I'm in the process of selling through a business broker. This idea has the potential to make 58-70 million over a 5 year period the catch is it's going to take an initial investment of $7,300,000.00 to get off the ground. Hence I'm selling off this idea for a lump sum of money to focus on the 3 business models below.
2) The Second Model is set up and I have a back office for it now. This site pretty much runs itself right now with little to no effort. I would eventually like to take this idea under one roof hire 10+ professionals to run it and dominate this industry in the next couple years. This is one site that targets a niche market but the profits to be made are amazing. Additional advertising and database work is needed in the meantime to give the site more exposure and functionality(for the internal intranet).
3) The Third Model is 2 weeks from completion. This will be the site that will bring in a constant flow of cash once it is up and running shortly. I have a partner I work with on this site he is my right hand man. We are 50/50 partners in this venture. This idea is backed by the talent of my partner and myself who have amazing skills in Design and Animation and are selling our services to help other companies look thier best. This site will need some money put towards it for advertising as well.
4) The Fourth Model I've had on the drawing board for 9 years. I've developed a business plan and have a 4 foot by 8 foot plan on paper outlining the site. The main reason I've held off so long to take this to market is the fact it was going to cost a lot of money to implement in the beginning. When developing the idea over 9 years ago I figured that the cost of it to put into action was way to expensive at the time so I set it on the back burner. Now with the latest advancements in Flash animation and less expensive database projects it could probably be done for half the price if not less (150-200K). I'm going to take the profits I make from the above 3 business models to eventually create this one. So this is still in the distant future when progress is made on the above three business models.
So now I'm at a crossroads where I'm starting to run out of savings and need assistance of a semi wealthy investor to help push my company ideas to the next level. I realize I could go out and get another job to fund these ideas but I feel like it would be working against faster progress on my existing ideas.
Each online business model I've created is amazing and blows away most friends and customers I've shown it to. I'm not saying I'm going to be the next Steve Wozniak ,Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or Milton S. Hershey but my ideas have great profit potential. I definitely plan on getting close to thier success in the future.
Who knows maybe you are a successful business owner yourself that was in the same situtation at one point in your business career. If you are, think back to that day and where you are now. What could have helped you to that next level with your ideas? Bottom line, capital investment.
If you are an investor that has the ability to help out a one of a kind entrepreneur in early stage development please drop me an email. Even if you yourself aren't an investor but know someone that could help out that would be great. I would be able to arrange a nice lifetime share in some of the above business models. I can sit down for a face to face meeting if you're interested.
Thanks for reading this synopsis of my business ventures.
