Well, you might find a lady that you think is attractive, walk up to her and start a conversation. Figure out some areas that you have in common and discuss those with her. Ask her about her and how she is doing, make sure you talk more about her then about you. Make her feel like you care about more then what she has between her legs. And eventually you can ask her if she would like to go someplace else. This approach might take more then one time meeting her, and you might have to invest in a few dates, but in the end, you and she will have something nice to share.
Or you can walk up to a woman ask her if she feels like fucking and see what happens. I dont suggest this approach, however if it works, I do suggest you take all precautions as anyone that will meet you, and go for that line has undoubtedly had more semen in her then an air craft carrier.

Throw yourself out there - take some classes where there's likely to be a good mix of men and women. Sign up for some volunteer work, get into a sport that isn't male-centric, ask for help or opinions while shopping for clothes or shoes. Take your dog to the park and walk him - it's a great icebreaker.
But do these things without the expectation of getting laid. Have some fun, learn some shit, make some friends and the rest will fall into place. It's a numbers game; eventually you'll bump into someone and the chemistry will just be there. But you have to be out there circulating.
I can also state from experience that dropping weight is a big factor. I've been largish in the past, and people just don't respond the same way as when I'm leaner. I have no idea if that applies to you, but it damn sure did to me. It may be unfair and all that, but it is what it is.

Also helps to not be staring at her tits when you say it. It's difficult, but it can be done.

That NEVER worked for me even once in 40 years. I'd recommend a dating site where ladies can contact you. The pretty ones never respond, but the desperate ones (like me) will find you.
