Still Need Foster Care

I'm desperate I need advise, time is getting thin
I've sent out emails to no kill shelters an I still haven't gotten any response I really need help, I would be willing to help financially for the upkeep of my dog the only problem is It will be in two weeks and I am leaving Wednesday morning, suggestions please. :(
