you damm right. my computer broke down and I have to take it to the shop. spend about a $100 and later found out only my mouse is corrupt. I could have done it myself if I knew what it is. :confused:

I know. you live and learn everyday. I was shocked to hear they charge $85/hr and I was panicking and was wondering what if it will take them so many hours and I can't afford it or be better off buy a new one. And the price are labor only parts are seperate. can you imagine...

yeah...it is hard when the computer breaks down...i had to buy a new one last year...but i had my dad's old computer so it was time for a new one....

It's cheaper to buy a new one these days unless you have programs on your old computer that you want to keep then it maybe best that you backup those files/program still it's cheaper to buy new one and then install the backup file to your new computer. plus the newer one is faster and more memory too.

It's been really good this week highs is low 80s and lows is low 70s. The rains finally stop here thank god. what's the gas price over there per gal? ours is unleaded (87) is $3.23 per gallon

its been in the mid 80s here...and the gas prices ...some are just about $3.00 for the unleaded...but i just got gas the other day for $2.95 per gallon....

I bet the weather in Dallas are much hotter than in CA. Does it have tornado over there?

there has been in the Dallas/FtWorth area....haven't seen one before, but was almost in the tornados path once on Mother's Day one year....just missed it...going the opposite direction....
