We have til sunday to find a apartment. We were evicted because our mailbox was broke and the mailman sent back my SSI check. Now we have to get out. and we dont have much money. we found a place but are 300 or so short and landlord wont bend. I have some money. I have 2 small boys ages 2 and 8. I can repay anyone or cook or clean.. or do yard work i just can not see my kids being homeless. ..HELP6026800008 Yolanda

The mailman sent your check back because your mailbox was broken?! BULL!! The post office holds your mail for ten days, you can either fix the mailbox or go to the P.O. to pick it up. Most of the time they hold it longer than that and it doesn't matter if it's an SSI check or a Victoria Secret catalog they hold all your mail. Come up with a better story.

I am not lying and I can provide proof from the post office and a letter from social security. I am sorry you feel that way.If you dont want to help fine but do not trash talk me please. I am having a hard enough time dealing with this .
You apparently have some computer? Some internet connection? See what it will bring at the pawn shop?

Contact DES or the Travis Williams Center. They will help you if all documentation is provided.
