Needing a investor

With all the ills of Katrina and the homes that where distroyed I am looking for a investor for me to start a construction bussiness. I want to build homes and take 200 acres of land and turn into a residentual houseing area aforadble houseing no apts complexs or anything like that. I wanna build single family homes no fancy roofs or 250.000 dollar homes. I would like to expand to that in future. I am a carpenter, crafts man i have built over 100 homes mainly high dollar homes. I wanna take land and make affordable homes from 50 to 75 thousand dollars new homes and sell them make a park play ground . I wanna do this right i have plans and designs for this and its a dream but I am not a rich man, if fema can waste millions of dollars on scams and trailers and all there red tape. somebody has to be willing to back me up and make this work and mabe double there money or split profit 50/50.
and with that new residentual area means convient stores or shopping mall of that nature.. with the world growing like it is has to be someone willing to help me expand my world and make my dreams come true.

you gave me an apply to my post needing a investor well if i had 1500.00 i wouldnt give it to you to be showed how, i'd buy tools, i dont understand the greed in america any more where we are so caught up in making money we forgot to help our brother. i dont need your help. sorry. besides i just need a investor not a con.

If you donot have any money here is what you can do you need a private investor who will lend you the money. are you thinking about fixing the home then selling or renting the homes.I know of one investor who donot require money down or he doesnot look at credit but their have to be enough equity in the home. What area are you planning on buying these properties. I am a Mortgage broker if you have good credit you can buy properties with no money down

Oh! thats fine. But please keep that in mind before joining hands with some investors regarding the mortgage and the homeowners insurance as they are interrelated. And you should opt for an insurance policy by shopping around the insurance companies as the rate varies(may be couple of dollars).
