Klub Records LLC is seeking investors to complete an album for a recently signed artist "JR", with overwhelming potential. We have multiple Major Label Interest for potential signing. JR is ready to tour the nation following the release of the album. The target market is colleges and Adult contemporary listeners, extremely lucrative for this style of music "POP/ROCK" "Maroon 5, John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, etc"
The figure in need is 41K, Klub Records LLC has invested 15K for all Pre-Production costs. Klub Records is prepared to offer a 25% return on all investment amounts.
