Hello to everyone here. This is a suggestion to anyone who interested in improvement with sports. The use of self hypnosis has been used since 1866.
To improve sports using hypnosis is better concentration without the stress involved. If you I were to take away the stress of compitition for an person swimming. They would feel and imagine as if they were out for a sunday swim in the back yard pool, during a big event.
Swimming is just an example, I can help any professional athlete to improve their choosen game through hypnosis.
