Your work is nice but you might wanna make your own top banner. Ive seen that all over the place and I know you didnt make it. Its gonna kill your credibility if you put things on your site you didnt make. :)

Gian to bad none of that work is your own. TemplateMonster.com much???

When will people learn that trying to pass off others work for thier own will always end up screwing both them and the client in the end.

I agree stay away from templates unless you designed it. Or give credit to the template designer. Thats what I do. I don't use templates but from time to time a client will have already picked one out. Thats when I give credit or I dont use it on my portfolio. Some of those designs are not monster templates though. I think most are. :)

I never say that the work under Templates is my work. I'm an affiliate of Templates monster and I don't take credit for their work. You can read it on the footer of the templates page:

Website Design by Template Monster. I don't like to do work with templates. But, some people like to work the them. So I give them the option.

After looking over hundreds of those kind of templates, they are honestly boring and unimaginitive. But it seems to work very well for corporate business clients. Stock photos of glossy professionals seem to please the business customer. Your portfolio, however, should reflect only what you've created from your creative mind and hard work.
My website is a complete rework of a Mambo template. The only template aspects are the color scheme and some layout images. The credit to Mambo is found in my footer or source code.

Hmm,
Many copied and purchasable designs on your site that you can purchase from many template sites.

Plus your flash code is screwed up and you are not using the correct javascript to correct the latest changes to IE.

I would not state you are a web designer as you did not design anything seen on your pages.
