the state of the nation is one that i feel is improving. the animosity that was prevalent during election time was heightened but it got us thinking again about things. i know their is huge debate over Iraq, over Bush, over women's rights, etc... these causes will remain in our conscious for the years to come but i hope we can soon find that common ground that was felt when we as people united together during 9/11.
tolerance and respect for one another's views and opinions never went out of style.

Although I value your optimism, I cannot seem to ignore all that is wrong with the direction our country has taken in the past four years. The state of the nation is that we are attacking other countries, we are upside down in debt and making little effort it seems to improve the standards of living for ALL in the United States. I consider myself moderate but Bush has alienated this country, and removed all hope for unity until his last day in office.
Just my opinion; but you asked for it.

HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN 911 - MAYBE A 747 NEEDS TO BE CRASHED INTO THE PEPSI CENTER TO MAKE YOU WISHY WASHY "MODERATES" REALIZE THAT WE ARE AT WAR! And then you say there is little effort to improve the standard of living for all - guess again. This is the land of opportunity, no matter who is president. The Government doesen't create jobs, business does! Make the country good for business and all those who are hard working will prosper. If you're not hard working and claim poverty, discrimination or other excuses I have one thing to say - if you eat the covers of a free book, you deserve to choke! This is the land of opportunity, this generation doesn't realize it!
Signed,
A minority who worked hard rather than complian!

Yeah the salvage company. who do you think the salvage co. is, why wont the pentagon release the video that was pointed directly at the point of impact .because it was not a jet,if you think a jet hit that building your a supreme jackass...The grassy knoll was inhabited by flyboys in pink leotards, ..theres the answer.

 Because they did you IDIOT - the aircraft disinigrated (As any aircraft would do when hitting a brick wall at 350 knots). There was aluminum wreckage found through 5 different building layers of the Pentagon, almost 300 feet into the compound. When aluminum burns it designates into little pieces and for the most part that was all that was left. Some hydraulic actuators, electronic components and engine parts were found in tact on the lawn and photographed immediately after the crash!. There is even one photo at the web site you pointed out that has a clear photo of part of the wing structure within the debris - WHAT BONE HEADS!!!
THE FOLLOWING WEB PAGE DISPELLS ALL THEORIES ABOUT THIS AND EVEN SHOWS PHOTOS OF THE AIRCRAFT WRECKAGE RIGHT AFTER IMPACT http://www.snopes.com/rumors/pentagon.htm
You’re from the same brain dead group that thought a missile brought down TWA Flight 800 over Long Island Sound. Pierre Salinger said a P-3 shot it down with a Harpoon missile, this statement was totally untrue and impossible because that type of missile can not track aircraft, even if you wanted it to. And if it did, the community of servicemen that operate that type of system would never let the government attempt to cover up such an accident. Back in the 1980s the US Navy accidentally shot down an Iranian Airliner, and did the Navy or US Government cover it up? - NO - they fessed up, sent apologies and paid reparations!
Again you have demonstrated your uncanny ignorance with regards to politics, technical subject matters or for that matter, anything that matters! Obviously you were born brain dead or one or both of your parents dropped you on your head at a very young age; maybe on purpose. I suggest less bud or meth, and maybe start reading non-fiction hard covered books :p

yeah the wing span of a jet clearly hit the bulilding and created a straight hole,,,and thats all the damage the building recieved, what happened when a jet hit tower 1 now compare that to the damage sustained at the pentagon case closed.oh it burned of course it was an unmaned plane,,see what kind of fire would have resulted if a jet made impact with that building there would be half a pentagon not a little hole...., Hello..hey did you know that navy subs are salvaging atlantean, crystals off the south china seas as we speak....no way,,,,,the people of this country Know everything that goes on,,its all irrelevant to me ..just makes good dialouge,i live on 38 acres in costa rica got out of the u.s long ago and basically dont give a fuck what happens there.

LOOK AT THE PICTURE - THE DAMAGE FROM THE WING IS EVIDENT AND THERE IS MORE THAN ONE HOLE IN THE BUILDING- AND I'M GLAD YOU LIVE IN COSTA RICA - OUR GENE POOL IS WEAK ENOUGH! :p
Too bad Anastasio Samosa isn't still running Nicaragua, he loved kicking the shit out of your insignificent little country, and every time he did you would cry to Uncle Sam. I bet you're a socialist too - no wonder why Central and South America is a cesspool! The only way there is stability there it to install a dictator, right or left wing. And it figures you're in Costa Rica, they have no army, worthless piece of real estate only good for growing poppy and coffee!

The threat of Iran and Syria and Radical Islamic Fundamentalism is the greatest threat this planet faces. Those who commit terrorism through the veil of religion need to be eliminated!
