The 1st Annual Canadian Women’s Day Charitable Concert (CWCC)
In Support of Interval House

Event Description:
International Women’s Day (IWD) is marked every year on March 8, to celebrate the economic, social and political achievements of women throughout the world.

Adding to the celebration, the 1st Annual Canadian Women’s Day Charitable Concert in Toronto is supporting the achievements of women fleeing domestic violence and abuse. A dedicated team of young professional in the Toronto are organizing the event where proceeds go to support Interval House, a shelter for abused women and children in Toronto.

If you would like to gain experience and exposure by volunteering for the show, we currently have the following positions available to be filled.

Event Team Positions:
• Entertainment Coordinator
• Graphic Design Team (1-2)
• Stage Coordinator
• Feat. DJ
• Makeup/Hair Design Team (1-2)
• Stage Equipment and lighting crew (1-3)
• Promotions/Marketing Team (1-2)
• Photographer
• Administrator/Volunteer Coordinator
• Volunteers 6 (Raffle sellers, backstage, general)


Qualifications:
- Must be 19+
- Experience is good
- Must be able to come to monthly meetings and/or able to correspond with other team members via
the internet/email or telephone
