Not yet, but I am getting there. About 2 years ago I got really sick and tired of working for other people and busting my rear to make THEM wealthy while I was barely getting by and seldom even getting a word of thanks. I know. EVERYBODY feels like that, but I was determined to change things so I started a small business part time at home. My small part time business started to grow and now it is a full time small business and I work for myself. As I said, I am not rich yet, but I am getting there slowly but surely. :)

When you say you are not independently wealthy but getting there...have you any idea how much longer that might be? Nevertheless, it is safe for one to assume you are wealthy, carl6969, although not independently, correct? You seem so eloquent and your name suggests oral proficiency...is your home entrepeneur endeavor based on linguistics?

Actually I am "independent" in that I am no longer at the mercy of an employer. The term "wealthy" means different things to different people. I have most things that I want and need, but my needs and wants are simple. I am not quite at the point where I can travel the globe in my private jet, but not sure I really want to do that anyway.

Okay. About "carl6969". When I signed on to this board, I WANTED the name "carl" but it was allready taken by one of the administrators. I admit that the number 69 is one of my very favorite numbers and it just sorta popped into my head while I was trying to figure out how to make the "carl" part work. The end result was "carl6969". There are a few ladies who could testify to my oral proficiency, however that type of home business is highly discouraged by most law enforcement agencies in Texas. :(

All my exes live in Texas. And I do to. Perhaps I should follow the musical advice of George Strait. ;) I used to go to or through Phoenix several times a year for various reasons, but have not been there in a while. I always enjoyed my time in Phoenix.
