pay out of those investments. He does not like the Idea of my oil and mineral rights on 15 acres that I inherited, and I am
collecting monthly pay outs on, (the jealous fuck) And that I will leave to my family when I die so they can enjoy it too
(not that I am not already sharing)

He wants a program to be passed by congress in which you invest money into so that when you die your family will see a little,
and all of man kind will benefit from it, and all other already funded goverment programs will be funded by you the invester
by other money that has been set a side for them,.. and you being the investor will NEVER see a dime (thats the scam)

The Bill I'm proposing to Congress is to incentivize citizens to create a Legacy for themself for free and then sit back and collect checks off the top of what the Estates payout to their heirs. Hopefully this new found passive tax will supplement Social Security/Medicare entitled benefits and bolster our economy by the investments.
