You're still arguing like a child here. I'm not pushing anything like you are saying. I just happen to see the logic in using every tool we have available to solve the problem. It can't be done by taxes or cuts alone. It will take a multi-pronged approach. That is evident in any non-partisan analysis. It was evident from Simpson-Bowles.
What fuckin' tools does Obama want to use. As I see it, it involves more taxes, more regulation, more of that damn "OBAMA MONEY" disguised as stimulus, more unemployment extensions, continue to fly around in AF-1 even though the campaign ended about a month ago. Have I missed any tools other than perhaps another million Obama Phones and some more adds telling the masses that they should get involved with their government and apply for food stamps.

Why the hell did we even pay the expense of Simpson-Bowles. Was there some empty shelf space somewhere that needed to be filled? He's giving it lip service now but if the Republicans cave and give him more taxes with out serious cuts in spending until "LATER" or NEXT YEAR", you'll never hear Simpson-Bowles again and the cuts will never happen.

If you actually knew what you were talking about you would know that the present problems in Spain, Greece and most other countries in the EU are not caused by 'socialism'. Quite the opposite in fact! The problems are caused by what America pushes so hard for. Things like 'free/uncontrolled/unregulated trade', that allowed the banks to run riot without adequate control, lending money to people that they knew couldn't pay it back, resulting in the collapse of the banking system and resulting in European workers having to bail out banks to save their arses.

The problems don't come from socialism but rather what you Americans crave so much - uncontrolled/unregulated capitalism! If it wasn't for your fuck-wit American bankers and their 'sub-prime mortgages' we probably wouldn't be in the mess we are in.

Good. I hear you can go to the "internet" and sign up a few more.
Talk to us in about 20 years when both you and your businesses grow up.
Until then you have no standings and your "baseless crap" announcements mean nothing little Ducati-boy.

It was the socialists and "socialist wannabes" that pushed the banks to loan money to unqualified borrowers in their lame and misguided attempt to level the playing fields.
Check your facts. You are so wrong that this is my best laugh for the day!

So what do you think happens when the governments "run out of money?"
Revolution anyone?
And who ends up calling the shots after a revolution?
Check your history books ....the ones not written by socialists and communists.

You are clearly a typical American that doesn't even know what's going on outside his own state never mind outside his country. I'd doubt you could even point to Greece or Spain on a map never mind know what's happening there. Go read, study and digest 'Global financial crises' and find out where it originated, how it happened and the results of it.

Um ...... so wrong. I know what started it here. It was unbridled socialist "do-gooders" spending money and passing entitlement legislation that belied good business practices.
As for Greece and Spain; just plain socialist excess spending of money to keep the peace that wasn't theirs, in other words, borrowed money.

So, the banks made(?) the governments borrow that money? Yea, and charged them interest? Yea, then they loaned out more money to private entities against inflated land and building prices. So, when the real estate markets went down the banks became insolvent and cried "crisis."
(Did the banks bundle cheap "paper" in those countries there too and then sell them to other banks as approved investments? They did here.)

Oh, but in Spain, the banks can still carry their loans at the inflated prices thus hiding insolvency! Oh no! So now there is a banking crisis that comes eventually to light because the governments can't pay back the money they borrowed and neither can the property owners! Simplified ....but true despite what the socialist politicians tell you.

In France, they like to blame the bankers (a code word for Jews). What are the code words in Spain and in Greece? Give me a break. You may know your religion but it all depends on who you read in Spain, Greece, and France.
BTW- there is no such thing as a "typical" American anymore than there is a typical Spaniard. Oh but you do like your stereotypes.

Whatever, bitch.
I didn't inherit my business from someone else. No one held my hand in setting them up, nor was it handed to me.

What really "means nothing" is your constant whining. You earned that "bitch" title under your name, and I didn't give it to you. It just shows that there is a general concensus of your irrelevant bitching.

You post are 99% baseless crap. I was astounded you had a few post on the Israel thread that actually had morsels of content to them... gave me hope... until you went back to SOP.

Ducati-boy! LOL!!!!

I know, if you had been in charge everything would be alright.

Just for shits and giggles, I'll say you're right this time. Accepting that, if you and yours weren't so fucking stupid, you wouldn't have bought into the shit the fuck-wit bankers sold to you.

I still crave free enterprise but it's not going to return to anything even closely related to that in my lifetime.

Yeah, I was right, so was NOLA: there is no logic in you.
The "Obama Phone" thing is another right wing myth (and already debunked on these pages). So it's obvious where you get your misinformation.
Presidents fly in AF1... Reagan did, Bush 41 did, Clinton did, Bush 43 did. But somehow NOW it's a problem because this president does.

How about a smidgeon of substance?
Looks like you're trying to one-up Myth Bitch for the title.

Geezus, you're a patsy for the right wing propaganda machine:
""The ad fits into the narrative that minorities are moochers and that government programs transfer wealth from white people to black people," read the Times piece. "If it shows anything in microcosm, it's that the Tea Party learned from the Southern Strategy."
