there's so much more evidence that Spider-Man is real, than this god character. Several books and movie documentaries. For anyone to ignore this, they must live in la la land.

Hi Emily,

I think comparing the bible to the Spider-man comics is perfect. Both have several "stories" written by many different men, No one of our time has actually seen the main character in person. The ones that say they have, have only seen them, in their hearts. Both have movies depicting their amazing adventures. Both save lives. The difference, Spider-Man has never killed anyone, or asked someone else to kill in his name.

Your X + X = 4 equation description is flawed slightly. If we know X isn't 1 or 3, then the answer must be 2, this part of your example is correct. Where you seem to have faltered is, religion tells you that X is 5. No matter how many times someone tries to explain that 5 doesn't work, 5 doesn't make sense, religion tells them, "Just Believe". The answer is 5, on faith.

But, the answer is 2.
