Man, do I feel your pain on this one!...had an ex that didn't like sex w/me becuase it was painful,

It is anatomically impossible to "hit the back of their clit". The clitoris/clit ('man in the boat') is not IN the vagina and has no 'back' in the vagina to hit. If you hit anything in that back of the vagina in a normal woman it would be the cervix... the entry to her uterus.
