Kitty sick?

Hey everyone

Today, my Cat was sleeping and woke up to a choking/coughing type deal. I went over to see what was wrong, thinking it might of been just a hairball.. but it wasn't. It sounded like she was choking on mucas/snot. Like if she had a cold? Can cats even have colds?... Help

Yes, cats and anything ca get a cold. However it could be more serious then that. If it continues, you may want to contact a vet.
