Response to dog barking

Schnauzers are notorious for just that. It boils down to the fact that he is not being properly cared for and that does not seem like it will change.The owners (pet lovers call them parents) are bad parents. Dogs are just like children, they must be properly trained and played with on a consistant basis.The temperment of the dog and the dog breed also is a factor. As I said before, this dog is well known for yapping and yapping.There is nothing that can be done, unless the owners are indeed neglecting the dog, in a fashion that is harmful to the dog. If you suspect that to be the case, you know who to call, I am sure......Good Luck, wouldnt want them to be my neighbor....
