Samantha, you say she will not train IN THE HOUSE. Is she going outside?? Or just going anywhere she wants, I need clarification, sounds like she wont potty on paper in the house, she is still very young, some dogs learn faster than others. I have a 10 mo yorkie female that drives me crazy, she still does her business in the house on the carpet. The other pup same age, has ALWAYS gone on paper since the day I got him, so these things can vary greatly. If you are away from her a lot, she may do it to get attention, be it negative attention or positve. That is part of my problem with my female. She craves attention. Just take her to the papers, and wait and try to be patient, follow the 15 minute rule, 15 minutes after naps, drinking water and eating. She should want to go to bathroom around that time, then put her on the paper and keep her on there til she goes, then praise her to high heaven.. tell her potty on paper. over and over again. It takes repetitive behaviour for them to catch on.Good Luck
