Default HuD Foreclosure Investments Houston, Tx

I am looking for someone who wants to be a partner with me in HUD Foreclosures in the Houston area. I am in the Home Building industry and have contacts for any contractor needed.

I will do the leg work so to speak in that I will research for a HUD foreclosure, have a inspection done on the property, determine anything that needs to be fixed and how much it cost, and fill out all the forms to prepare a bid along with me putting up the bid deposit.

You and me will determine what will be a fair bid in relationship with what we can sell it for and then you would either obtain the take out letter for the bid from a mortgage company or pay cash. I will handle fixing the home up if it is required and then the selling of the property. Depending on the amount of work on the property we can negotiate what is a fair split on the net profit.
